Fetal toxicity: stop as soon as pregnancy is detected because it can injure or kill the developing fetus.

- Angioedema of the face, lips, tongue, or airway can occur at any time; contraindicated with a history of ACE inhibitor angioedema.

- Avoid in pregnancy: fetal toxicity (boxed); stop as soon as pregnancy is detected.
