Welcome to ExamDayReady. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ExamDayReady website and study tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What ExamDayReady is

ExamDayReady is an independent study tool to help you prepare for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE). It is an educational resource only. ExamDayReady is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). PTCB® and PTCE® are registered trademarks of their respective owner, used here only to describe the exam ExamDayReady helps you study for.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide (such as your exam date) is accurate.

3. Your account and access

Lessons and reference material are available without an account. Some features save your progress using an anonymous identifier stored on your device. You are responsible for the device and browser you use to access the Service. Paid features, when offered, are described at the point of purchase.

4. No guarantee of results

ExamDayReady is a study aid. We work hard to keep our content accurate and aligned with the current PTCE blueprint, but we do not guarantee that you will pass the PTCE or achieve any particular score. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. Our Pass Guarantee (section 5) is a conditional refund policy, not a warranty of outcome, and it applies only on the conditions stated there.

5. Pass Guarantee

We offer a conditional money-back Pass Guarantee. It is a refund policy, not a warranty of outcome, and it applies only when every qualification condition below is met. The numbers in these conditions are enforced by the Service itself: your qualification status is computed from your own study records and shown to you inside the product, and a claim is verified against the same records.

Qualifying — PTCE (ExamDayReady for the PTCE): within the 30 days immediately before your scheduled PTCE appointment, all of the following must hold, as computed by the Service:

you answered at least 500 different questions, including at least 40 different questions in each of the four PTCE content domains;
you completed at least 3 full-length (90-question) practice exams, each on a different calendar day, each scored 1450 or higher;
your readiness score was at or above the passing bar on at least 7 different study days in that window, including your most recent study day; and
your most recent readiness check showed every content domain at or above the passing level shown in the app.

Qualifying — NCLEX (ExamDayReady for the NCLEX): within the 30 days immediately before your scheduled NCLEX appointment, all of the following must hold, as computed by the Service:

you answered at least 500 different questions, including at least 15 different questions in each of the eight test plan domains;
you completed at least 12 case studies in full (all six items answered);
you finished at least 3 adaptive practice exams with a passing result, each on a different calendar day; and
your readiness page showed an estimated chance of passing of 85% or higher.

Claiming: if you met every qualification condition and then did not pass the corresponding exam on your first attempt after qualifying, email us within 30 days of receiving your official result with (a) the email or account used with the Service and (b) your official score or result report from the certifying body showing the attempt date and the result. If the records verify, we refund your purchase price in full to the original payment method.

Limits: one Pass Guarantee refund per person. The exam attempt must occur after you qualified and while your access was active. The guarantee applies to purchases made on or after August 30, 2026. Answers generated by automation, account sharing, or activity intended to satisfy the conditions without genuine study (for example, rapid random answering) void the guarantee, as does any violation of these Terms. We may update the qualification numbers for future purchases; the numbers in force when you purchased apply to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, lessons, or other content;
share paid access with others or attempt to circumvent access controls or payment;
use automated tools to bulk-download the Service;
interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, lessons, and design of the Service are owned by ExamDayReady and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Payments and refunds

If you purchase paid access, the price, billing terms, and any refund or guarantee terms will be presented to you before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Except where required by law or stated in a specific promotion, purchases are for the access described at checkout.

9. Study help

Paid access includes help with the study material: if a question has you stuck, or you think one is wrong, you can write to us and we will explain the reasoning and the source behind it, or check the question against that source and correct it if it is wrong. Two limits, stated plainly. This is help with exam content only. It is not clinical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or patient-specific advice, and nobody answering is doing so as a licensed pharmacist or prescriber. For anything involving a real patient, ask the supervising pharmacist. And we answer as promptly as we can but do not commit to a specific response time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, study content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamDayReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
