Welcome to ExamDayReady. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ExamDayReady website and study tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What ExamDayReady is

ExamDayReady is an independent study tool to help you prepare for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE). It is an educational resource only. ExamDayReady is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). PTCB® and PTCE® are registered trademarks of their respective owner, used here only to describe the exam ExamDayReady helps you study for.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide (such as your exam date) is accurate.

3. Your account and access

Lessons and reference material are available without an account. Some features save your progress using an anonymous identifier stored on your device. You are responsible for the device and browser you use to access the Service. Paid features, when offered, are described at the point of purchase.

4. No guarantee of results

ExamDayReady is a study aid. We work hard to keep our content accurate and aligned with the current PTCE blueprint, but we do not guarantee that you will pass the PTCE or achieve any particular score. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. Any “pass” or money-back promotion, if offered, is governed by the specific promotional terms shown at purchase and is a refund policy, not a warranty of outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, lessons, or other content;
share paid access with others or attempt to circumvent access controls or payment;
use automated tools to bulk-download the Service;
interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, lessons, and design of the Service are owned by ExamDayReady and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Payments and refunds

If you purchase paid access, the price, billing terms, and any refund or guarantee terms will be presented to you before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Except where required by law or stated in a specific promotion, purchases are for the access described at checkout.

8. Study help

Paid access includes help with the study material: if a question has you stuck, or you think one is wrong, you can write to us and we will explain the reasoning and the source behind it, or check the question against that source and correct it if it is wrong. Two limits, stated plainly. This is help with exam content only. It is not clinical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or patient-specific advice, and nobody answering is doing so as a licensed pharmacist or prescriber. For anything involving a real patient, ask the supervising pharmacist. And we answer as promptly as we can but do not commit to a specific response time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, study content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamDayReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
