Disabling and potentially irreversible tendinitis and tendon rupture, peripheral neuropathy, and CNS effects; may worsen myasthenia gravis.
- Caution
- QT prolongation, blood sugar disturbances, aortic aneurysm and dissection, and photosensitivity.
- Pregnancy
- Avoid in pregnancy unless no alternative: cartilage effects seen in animal studies.
