Boxed warning

Thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents; contraindicated with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2.

Caution
Pancreatitis and gallbladder disease; not for type 1 diabetes.
Storage
Refrigerate; a pen may be kept at room temperature for up to 14 days; protect from light and never freeze.
Pregnancy
Not recommended in pregnancy; use insulin instead.
