Boxed warning

Clostridioides difficile-associated diarrhea and colitis, which can be fatal and has been reported more than 2 months after therapy ends.

Caution
Take with a full glass of water to avoid esophageal irritation.
Storage
Reconstituted pediatric oral solution: room temperature (do not refrigerate, it thickens), discard after 2 weeks.
