Serotonin syndrome; QT prolongation at higher doses.
Pregnancy
Use only if clearly needed; third-trimester exposure can cause neonatal adaptation symptoms.

  • Drowsiness or insomnia
  • Headache
  • Sexual dysfunction
  • Dry mouth

  • Avoid MAO inhibitors (serotonin syndrome)
  • Adds serotonin risk with triptans and tramadol
  • NSAIDs and blood thinners raise bleeding risk
  • Alcohol worsens drowsiness

  • Do not stop abruptly to avoid withdrawal
