Caution
Severe liver damage in overdose: the adult maximum is 4 g per day from all sources (3 g on many OTC labels).
Pregnancy
Preferred analgesic and antipyretic in pregnancy at recommended doses.

  • Rash
  • Nausea

  • Alcohol increases liver-damage risk
  • Adds up with combination products containing it
  • May increase warfarin effect with regular use
